Resetting all settings on a Samsung tablet:
- Open settings (the icon is a cogwheel)
- Scroll down to "General Management"
- Click “Reset”
- Click “Reset settings” and then follow the instructions on the screen
- Once the tablet has been reset, make sure you apply our recommended settings again (found here)
