— After the tablet is linked to WiFi, Data synchronization will be uploaded automatically after the user completes any module, which also means that all data will be uploaded automatically when the training is completed. So when each module is completed, the data will be uploaded quickly.

What if the tablet is not linked to WiFi during training?

—Don't worry, as long as you complete a module or all the training. Training records will be automatically saved in the tablet. At the same time, in the main interface, you will see an exclamation mark in the lower right corner, which means that some data has not been uploaded successfully. Then a reminder is displayed in the upper right corner: "XX unsynced sessions". At this time, connect the tablet to WiFi and the data will be uploaded automatically, or click the reminder in the upper right corner to upload the data manually:


For the old apps:

You can normally solve this by following these steps:

  1. Make sure your tablet is connected to your Wi-Fi network and that you have access to the internet
    • To test your internet access, you can visit in the browser on the tablet
    • If you can't visit, contact your IT-department, ask them for help and to grant access to
  2. Now that you have connected to your Wi-Fi network and can access, you should be able to sync the training data. Please try to sync the training data again


If you still can't sync training data, try the following:

  2. Try again after you have updated the application
